With, In, and On-It's All the Same to Cole

Two weeks ago I found Cole playing IN his toy basket. I have no idea how he got in it! I was catching up on some emailing, turned around and there he was, inside the basket. He was content to sit ON TOP of some of his toys for a while but Cole eventually cleared out the entire thing. It was hilarious! I did have to help him out of the basket. But again, I turned back to the computer for a moment and turned to find him IN the basket once again. That time he got out on his own as well! Amazing. :) Apparently Cole not only likes to play WITH his toys but ON them as well.

A couple days later, all three of us were home and playing in the livingroom. Adrien and I turned our attention to something else for a moment and when we looked up, Cole was standing on his puzzle basket. He had emptied it, turned it over, somehow gotten on top of it and stood  up  all in the matter of a minute or two. Again, Cole must like playing ON his things and not only WITH them. :) This must be what my friends all refer to as the climbing stage. He doesn't have a whole lot to climb on and will make do with whatever he can find.

I've also included a great photo of Cole with his stuffed animals. This time he had a lot of help but regardless, it's hilarious. This is what happens when I leave Adrien and Cole to their own devices. :)
