Advice: Cover penis when changing....

Sure, but what about his bum? Twice in 3 short days this dude has squeezed out some hershey squirts right after I cleaned his bum. Fortunately I was able to catch it in my hand so it didn't get on the changing table cover- don't need any more laundry to do.
