We had fun anyway, doing things indoors of course. We spent part of a day at a childrens' museum in Portland, went to the local library for a story hour, stayed home and played with Daddy's old train set (that was the hit of the trip for Cole)!! We also got to see a lot of Adrien's family both immediate and extended which was nice. Our last day in Maine started out sunny and warmish so while we were eating lunch I suggested we all go our for ice cream. By the time we got there and got our treats, the sky had turned grey and the temp had dropped about 10 degrees! We had to eat outside so we did our best but ended up heading home about half way through our goodies. Cole sure did love his Teddy Bear Sundae!
On the plane heading to Maine. We have nice headphones for Cole so he can watch movies and play games on our iPod without disrupting other people. :)
Love this shot! Three generations of Chabot men (all with the same middle name!!).
Looks like it came straight out of an LL Bean catalog!
At the Children's Museum in Portland-play in the water "table". It was made to look like a river and waterfall-pretty cool!!
Building something amazing. :)
(Cole only added 2 or 3 pieces to this structure. We must give credit to some other little builder for the bulk of the work.)
In a space shuttle cockpit!
Drivin' a tractor.
Trains with Daddy! We actually brought the track home and an engine that belongs to Adrien. He's hoping to build a train set in our NEW BASEMENT (see future blog post).
TRAINS!!!!
Teddy Bear Sundae
Oh yeah it's good!
You should show LL Bean or Eddie Bauer that picture! Great photo indeed. I love Maine, totally bummer about weather but looks like you still had a great trip!
