Summer Lovin'

It must be great to be a kid. All the fun stuff they have nowadays for kids-it makes me jealous. When I was a kid baby pools were blue, hard plastic and if you slipped on the edge you got a massive bruise! Cole got a new pool over Memorial weekend. He doesn't even like it yet (he doesn't like being splashed or sprayed right now) but I'm sure by the end of the summer he'll be enjoying it for all its worth!! :) Cole's pool has a little blow up slide that looks like an elephant. If you attach a hose to it, the elephant's trunk blows water out like a sprinkler! He likes the slide part but doesn't like the spraying part. The sad thing is, he doesn't slide very well when the water isn't spraying! Oh well, he'll figure it out one of these days.

These pictures are from the first day we used it. He had more fun sitting in his new lawn chair with his feet in the pool like Nana and Mommy than actually being in the pool!

Running through the sprinkler (only because I had it on really low and I told him I was taking a movie for Daddy. I did take a movie and it's really cute but I'm still having a problem uploading movies to the blog.)
