The B.I.B.L.E.

We read Cole a story from his Bible every night while he's drinking his milk before bed. We've been using a children's Bible called 'The Jesus Storybook Bible'. We really like how the Word is told through this book and the illustrations are beautiful. Cole started showing signs of being aware of this routine about a month or so ago. All of a sudden this awareness became almost an obsession with his Bible. Cole started crying for his "Bibo" whenever we sat in the chair to read. If we were going to read a different book, say in the middle of the afternoon before nap, he would push it away and call out for his Bible. We love that he wants to read it, look at it, and carry it everywhere, but it's getting a bit beat up in the process. I caught the perfect video two weeks ago to demonstrate Cole's love for his precious Bible. :) Oh and within the past two weeks or so, Cole learned that Jesus or "Geesu" is on the cover of his "Bibo". Now he points to the picture and says "Geesu". :) Amen!
