This actually did turn out to be an almost pictureless Mother's Day. The only pictures we got were of Cole and I before church. Someday we'll get our acts in gear and remember to capture these special days better.

Catch Up #6-Almost Pictureless Mother's Day
This was my second Mother's Day; I can't believe how quickly we've gotten to this point. Some days it feels like Cole has been here forever and other days I feel like he only just arrived. We spent this Mother's Day a bit differently than years past however. My day started in bed actually, Daddy and Cole made me breakfast in bed!!! Then, Cole and I dressed all cute for church (note photos below); we had to look nice for Mommy's special day. After church we loaded up the trunk with snacks and extra clothes (after nap and lunch of course) and headed to Brookfield Zoo. We met Nana and Nandad there and spent about 2 hours walking around and seeing some different animals. This was our third trip to the zoo so we finally got to see the last of the animals. We've been averaging about a third of the zoo each time. After our trip to the zoo, we all went back to our house and I cooked dinner for everyone. We had a nice relaxing day and enjoyed the company of Nana (and Nandad too) and celebrating being moms.
